Honestly, I thought that this would be a waste of time because I thought I knew a good chunk about body language, but was pleasantly surprised by how much she broke it down, how much I learned and how impressed I became by the complexity of human communication.
At first this may seem like a no-brainer to many while others are skeptical to the science behind it, but there are so many indicators we are blind to that still affect us. As an immigrant living in a foreign country I have encountered many a times difficulties in understanding or making me understood by non verbal body language.
There were three parts that consisted of the upper body, lower body, and a unison of both that focused more on context.
